In addition to the functions, duties and powers mentioned in other places of this Act, the Council shall have the following functions, duties and powers:
(a) To prepare (draft) and implement the policy regarding Notary Public.
(b) To distribute the Certificate of Notary public.
(c) To monitor the activities of the Notary Public that whether or not this Act
or code of conduct made by the council is abided by .
(d) To form committee, as required and confer powers, duties and functions to
such committee.
(f) To appoint the auditor, and
(g) To perform other functions as prescribed.
